Article 1 (Consent to Collection of Personal Information)
Korea Nuclear Power Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides users with a procedure to click the "Agree" or "Cancel" button after reviewing the privacy policy or terms of use. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered consent to the collection of personal information.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
The following personal information is collected for consultation via online inquiries:
Collected items: Name, email address, phone number
Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Use)
The Company does not disclose users' personal information without prior consent and collects personal information for the following purposes to facilitate customer consultations and service provision:
- - Name: To verify identity for product consultations
- - Email address and phone number: To deliver notices related to product consultations, events, new services, and product information (via DM, SMS, email, etc.)
All information is used solely for the purposes mentioned above. If the scope of collected information or its use changes, prior consent will be obtained.
Users can refuse consent to the collection/use of personal information. However, refusing consent will prevent consultation via online inquiries and may limit service use and benefits.
Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
In principle, collected personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is achieved. However, if retention is required under relevant laws such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains the information for the specified period. Retained information is used only for the stated purposes.

Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated. Electronically stored personal information is deleted using technical methods to make the records unrecoverable.
